宇宙之愛，新世紀楊昇之道

我的存在有一個更深的層次，它是我的直覺。它總是送給我指引，協助我選擇每個當下最高的途徑。

為了打開我的直覺，我在很深的層次放鬆身體，我進入深沉而寧靜的存在狀態。我調整身體讓自己感覺舒服。深吸一口氣，我變得更平靜、更安詳。

我進入內在世界觸碰我的想法和感覺，它們是我的直覺的語言。我讓我的頭腦清徹如高山湖水，能夠反映來自大我心智的思維。我放下一切我不想再擁有的想法。我開放去接受來自靈魂和我的內在存有摯愛與清晰的想法。我將我的知覺放在頭頂，它被稱為頂輪或是靈性中心。我想像從我的頂輪向上建立一條光的通道連結我的大我和靈魂。

我發現我有一個管道，透過它，能量能夠從我的靈魂和內我進入我的頭腦和存在。我呼請我的靈魂加入我。它立刻回應了我的呼求，我感覺它的出現像是一團溫柔的光與愛的存在。

我的靈魂送給我能量和光，將我的頭腦與大我心智相連。我知道和遵循直覺的能力正在打開，去聆聽靈魂的訊息、指引和資訊。能量和光從這條光通道流進我的頭頂。我變得更能覺察我的直覺。

我可以超越時空，在瞬間接收來自靈魂的訊息和指引。我就是知道。

光從我的頭頂流進我的第三眼，在兩眉之間負責靈魂願景的中心。我的靈魂願景總是啟發我，讓我能夠看見真正的實相─在一切形式背後的光和一切存在中的愛。

我想像一道光從我的第三眼射出，照亮我眼前的路。我清楚地看見我接下來的步驟，我聽從我的感覺、想法、衝動和夢想。我明白它們是我的靈魂和深層自我引導我進入悟境的說話方式。

我打開直覺，聆聽那些低語，我的內在訊息。我注意細微的信號和指標，我依照它們在我覺得對的時候採取行動，我也用相同的方式來做決定。我想像光從我的頭頂進入我。

我從我的第三眼觀察事情，並讓光從我的第三眼流出，進入我眼前的情境。我遵循靈魂和深層自我給我的指引。

我現在明白我的心在告訴我做什麼。我能聽見那些低語和衝動。我放掉別人對我的期待，我相信自己可以做出好的決定。

我遵循內在的指引。我在被吸引去行動的地方採取行動。當我聆聽並遵循我的直覺，我選擇當下最高的途徑，我創造自己最高的未來。

I have a deeper part of my being called my intuition. It is always sending me guidance and assisting me in choosing my highest path from moment to moment.

To open my intuition I relax my body at a deep level, going within to a deep, serene part of my being. I adjust my body so that I feel comfortable. I take a deep breath in and let myself grow even calmer and more peaceful.

I am in touch with the inner world of my thoughts and feelings, the language of my intuition. I let my mind become clear like a clear mountain lake that can reflect the thoughts of my higher mind.

I let go of any thoughts I do not want. I open to receive the loving, clear thoughts of my soul and inner being. I put my awareness on the top of my head, called my crown center or spiritual center. I imagine building a channel of light that goes straight up from my crown center to my higher self and soul.

I observe that I have a channel through which energy can flow from my soul and inner self into my mind and being. I call upon my soul to join me. It responds instantly to my call. I feel my soul like a gentle presence of light and love.

My soul sends me energy and light to connect my mind with my higher mind. My ability to know and to follow my intuition-- to hear the messages, guidance, and information from my soul--is opening up. Energy and light flows down this channel of light through the top of my head. I am becoming more aware of my intuition.

I receive information and guidance from my soul in a flash that is beyond time. I KNOW.

Light flows down through the top of my head into my third eye, my center of soul vision located between my eye brows. My soul vision is awakening. I see the true reality - the light behind all form and the love that is within all beings.

I imagine a beam of light coming from my third eye, lighting up the path in front of me. I see my next steps clearly. I listen to my feelings, thoughts, urges, and dreams. I know these are the ways my soul and deeper self speak to me as they guide me and lead me to my enlightenment.

I open my intuition. I listen to the whispers, my inner messages. I pay attention to the subtle signals and signs. I follow them with action when it feels right to do so. I think of a decision I need to make. I imagine light coming down through the top of my head.

I look out through my third eye at this situation and let light flow out from my third eye to this situation. I allow guidance to flow into my mind from my soul and deeper self.

I now know what my heart is telling me to do. I can hear the whispers and deeper urges. I let go of what others expect me to do. I trust in myself to make good decisions.

I follow my intuition in this area. I take the action I feel drawn to take.

As I listen to and follow my intuition, I am choosing my highest path from moment to moment. I am creating my highest future.
